What is dueling pianos you might ask? Dating back to the 1890's dueling pianos started as a way for two musicians to battle to show who can play best. Today, dueling pianos is one of the hottest live acts of entertainment where you get to request the songs, from classic rock to R&B, to today's Top 40 hits. And best of all. if you don't like the song, you can tip them to stop the inevitable "Peanut Butter Jelly Time" song request.

If you've never been, you are in for a real treat- as we've lined up an evening of the perfect wine pairing as Acumen Wines will be offering by-the-glass and bottle specials to keep you warm and full of cheer.

Throughout 2020, we are proud to be partnering with the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) to host four seasonally inspired, wine-themed cooking classes in the famed Hestan Kitchens of CIA at Copia in Napa. Exclusively for our Acumen club and list members, and led by the CIA’s renowned chef instructors, these intimate hands-on cooking classes are an amazing way to hone your culinary skills while learning the finer points of wine and food pairing.

Upon arrival, your unforgettable food-and-wine experience will begin with a celebratory taste of our acclaimed Acumen PEAK Sauvignon Blanc. You will then be guided through a seasonally themed cooking class, where you will create a delectable four-item, wine-paired menu emphasizing some of the Napa Valley’s finest local fare. Your experience will conclude as you join the chef, your Acumen host, and your fellow cooks for a convivial family-style buffet featuring your delectable creations and a selection of our finest current-release Acumen wines.
