Cooking Class at CIA Copia
The greatest gifts create lasting memories. This holiday season, we invite you to delight someone you love with tickets to one of four seasonally themed cooking classes in the famed Hestan Kitchens at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in downtown Napa. Exclusively for our club and list members, each of these hands-on cooking classes is led by one of the CIA’s renowned instructors and is followed by a friendly, family-style dinner featuring your delicious culinary creations and a selection of our finest Acumen wines. As a special treat, our first class of the season is on Valentine’s Day Weekend, and will feature our sought-after 2015 PEAK Edcora Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, which recently earned a perfect 100-point score!
