DTC Manager

As our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Manager, Ahna Jotter manages our Acumen Wine Gallery and Red Diamond wine club. A wine-country native with a lifelong passion for art, agriculture, and wine, Ahna works to ensure that every Acumen experience is satisfying and memorable.

Ahna was born and raised in Napa Valley and grew up playing in the vineyards and helping with bottling and labeling at her grandfather’s small, family-run winery in Yountville. A self-described “plant nerd,” Ahna studied botany and began her career as a floral designer before joining the team at The Hess Collection Winery, where she was drawn to the winery’s acclaimed art collection. During her 12 years at Hess, Ahna was promoted from wine educator to visitor center assistant manager and ultimately to DTC manager, where she oversaw the wine club, e-commerce programs, and club events.

At Acumen, Ahna builds on her experience from Hess to create a warm, welcoming, and unpretentious environment where guests can savor fine wine and art in one beautiful setting. “The Acumen Wine Gallery has always been more than just a tasting room,” says Ahna, “it’s a place where people can come together to share music, art, and wine. We are a winery that is inspired by beauty and creativity, both in wine and life. Sharing that passion with our club members, guests, and other friends is at the heart of what we do.”

Ahna lives in Napa Valley with her husband, who is a high school social studies teacher. When not at work, she enjoys gardening, bird watching, playing piano badly, and volunteering in the community.
